Family Camp-Out

Yesterday, Bri started running a fever. It continued to climb all day and her little runny nose quickly became a snotty mess! She was having a terrible time breathing through her nose and was very frustrated. She fell asleep in her crib at bedtime but an hour later she woke up crying. Bless her heart.

She seemed to be able to breath so much better when she was elevated, so we decided to have our first family camp-out in the living room. Bri and I slept in the recliner and Wes was on the couch. Let's just say, at least Bri slept well. She woke up still sick, but so happy.

We did that quite often when Hayden was up in the night with ear problems. What we did when his allergies acted up like that was put a regular pillow under his mattress so that it elevated him. Try that...worked great for us. Hope Bri gets well soon!
